In my earlier post, you said the "deliverd" icon is available in the "Awaiting Feedback" section. OK, but how does that work? I can't find any documentation on that.
Assuming I get that to work, does the clicking on the "delivered" icon actually send the "post-receipt message?"
The 'delivered' icon just checks off step 8 -- it does not send the post receipt message. If you would like to send that you will need to go within the post sale keys, and send it through step 8 (just click on the set of keys to get there).
