Did you have multiples of that item in your store? I would recommend first asking the buyer if she intended to purchase more than one. If she did not, you can easily request a credit for the item. Here is the link to the refund request form:

Hi ... thanks for the quick reply ... I did contact the buyers, and no, they did not want multiple items.
By the way, there's nothing "easy" about requesting a credit ... having to go through the statement first to find the magic number is a pain in the neck ... but I will do it.
