Thought this was fixed back when AW was here!
Three days after sales ended and emails come out by Vendio and my customers think I'm trying to scam them for another payment!

Is there ANY way to speed these things up? Most people who use BIN promptly pay via paypal at the top of the closed auction page. I can see a 30-60 min lag for the Vendio EOA to kick in, but not three days +. I like the options in my particular monthly service, but if the "perks" are getting me "perked" then what's the use?

Even ebay EOA is faster than here. Geez, never thought I would say that....

Are you currently using MailStep?

If your items are purchased using Buy It Now, you may notice a delay in the item being detected as closed by our system. There are currently two ways in which to help avoid this situation.

1. Utilize our Post-Sale Acceleration system. This allows Vendio to use the eBay end of auction notice that is automatically sent to you to trigger WBN delivery to your buyer and Control Panel update for Buy It Now items.

To activate this feature, simply update the email address on file at eBay with your Vendio "Mailstep" address ([email protected].) The eBay generated mail is then forwarded through our system so we can use the EOA notice to trigger the BIN auction to go to closed. All received mail is forwarded through to the email address you have on file with Vendio.

2. Sign up for Customer Manager, and update the email address you have on file at eBay with your Vendio Customer Manager email address ([email protected]) This system, similar to Post-Sale Acceleration, will utilize the EOA notices from eBay to send your BIN item to closed, with the added benefit of the Customer Manager functionality being available to you.
