How do I get WBN's to send out when a BIN comes in? The BIN's are showing up in auction manager but WBN's are not going out to my customers.
Only items listed directly via Vendio are setup to send the WBN automatically when the auctions close.
You could however click to view your active items only from the left hand side of the Sales Manager tab, select the items in question and hit the 'set WBN' button. On the following page, you could manually setup them to send automatically as well as include your payment/shipping options.
