I am unable to type in the description box to create a listing, in some categories. The Pottery and Glass Category is one of them. The box is highlighted, but I cannot get into it to type. I have no trouble, with any other part of the listing, including Title etc. The Collectable Category is fine, so far and I can type in the descriptions. Could this have anything to do with the Item Specifics drop downs? What I did today, to be able to list a piece of Fenton, is chose a Collectable category item number, continue and type in my description for the Fenton, and then go back and edit the Category # to Fenton. I know you do not support Webtv, but you have always been able to help. I have used and learned alot of work arounds, in the years I have been with you, but this takes so much time. Please help!

Unfortunately, we have not heard from any WebTv users with this specific problem thus far, which means we have no known workarounds for you to try.
If you had been able to type into the category box of these other categories recently, within the past 2 weeks, then you should still be able to do so. As with some other odd WebTv specific issues, try simply rebooting your system. It may correct itself in the process, as the listing form is the same for the different categories.
