Forgive me, but am I understanding correctly that if we choose to use the Photo Preview Option on Ebay, we will not be able to include a gallery photo? Is it one or the other?

I think I have it now. Sorry, but I see in an earlier posting that the same photo I choose, will be shown in both gallery and photo review. Thank You!
It does not mean that you cannot use the gallery, just that the first image you attach to the listing will become the gallery image.
Go ahead and choose to place your image into the eBay gallery, jut be sure that the first image you attach to the listing itself is the one you want to appear as the gallery image, as the gallery specific field will not matter.
