What i do wrong that i cant get the new template to my SM pro ???? it tell me :
"Template not availeble "
"Template has been deleted or you have not yet synchronized this SMPro version "
I did synchronized and i did save the tamplate in ebay preferance , please help on this as now i don't have a template at all ..jack.

ALL I CAN SAY IS UNREAL!!!!! I JUST POST A AUCTION ON LINE AND IT LOOK REAL GOOD NOW YOU TELL ME THAT I CAN'T USE IT !!! LOOK WHAT YOU GUYS DOING FIRST THE SPELL CHECK NO GOOD WITH SMPro NOW THE NEW TEMPLATE NO GOOD WITH SMPro , THIS IS A JOKE WHY YOU RELEASE IT IF ITS ONLY DOING HALF A JOB ??????
a new version of SMPro will be available soon. It will incorporate all the new features available online. In the meantime you may use the following workaround: create the batch with old template; then upload it at a future date; unschedule all the items uploaded; edit them and modify the template, in order to use the newly created ones, then reschedule. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
