I am having trouble uploading my images. I followed the printed help instructions however I keep getting the following message:
"Sorry but abbagold.pdd is not a valid name for a listing."
The .ppd format is not a format that is supported by our system. Your camera software should allow you to save your images in .jpg format, which is the preferred format for web viewing. I would recommend always saving images that are going to be used on the internet as jpegs, as this is the most universally supported format.
