Hi..I just changed my eBay ID from Ciao346 to ciao**bella. Will this cause any problems with my images that are already uploaded to Vendio using the ciao346, especially when I want to create and launch future auctions with the new ID? Also, I have an HTML code that I insert into my auction template which links buyers to my other auctions. Will I need to change the source code using my new ID? Thanks for your help. Barbara

Hi Barbara,

If you have changed your eBay ID you must update your Vendio account with the new ID. You can do this in My Account -> Auction Site Accounts. Click on 'Edit' next to your eBay ID and update your new ID. If you run into problems with this, let me know.

If the HTML includes your old ID, you will need to edit that HTML and put in your new ID.
