Scenario:
1. I launch an Ebay auction through Auction Manager.
2. I make important changes to the description though Ebay.
3. Item does not sell and I have it set to auto re-list.
4. Item relists with old , uncorrected description.
My understanding is the auto re-list will put the item exactly like it was listed the first time, back on.
I think that is how it works.
My question is, Is there somewhere I can also change the source that Vendio is relisting from, so when it relists, it will have the changes I desire?
Or if I want to change the starting price or other detail when it relists, is there a place to make the change where the auto re-list will carry forward the changes?
You will want to disable the automatic relist function on items where you have made changes directly from ebay.
To disable the automatic relist function, take the following steps:
-Click the Active link in the left navigation bar in Sales Manager.
-Click the check-box next to the items you wish to disable, and select the 'Set Auto-Relist' button.
-Click the down-arrow key under the "Times to Relist" column. Select the blank line (top entry in the menu.)
-Click the "Submit" button. You will not see a confirmation, but the circular auto-relist icon will be removed from the Sales Manager list if you successfully disabled the function.
Then, manually relist that item and use the 'edit' link on the relist page to make those changes here as well. When editing to make those changes, you can also set it back up to automatically relist again.
