HOW THE HECK DO YOU DELETE AN ITEM FROM THE ARCHIVE!!! I CAN DOWNLOAD FOR VIEW BUT DAMNED IF I CAN FIND A WAY TO DELETE AN ITEM. NEED HELP, KCB
Archiving an item will remove it from Closed, but will still allow you to access and download pertinent data into and Excel spreadsheet for reporting purposes. Archive serves essentially the same purpose as Delete if you do not use the archived data. Note that you are not required to delete items from archives. There is no delete button currently setup for the archived data.

CHRIS-WHAT CONCERNS ME IS THAT EACH TIME YOU DOWNLOAD YOUR ARCHIVE FILES FOR REVIEW THE SYSTEM SEEMS TO DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE ARCHIVE ALL OVER AGAIN. THANKS, KCB

Hello Kenneth,
Each time you download the archives, you can set the date range in which you want. If you choose items that fall into the same date range each time, it will download them each time.
When you restore an item from the archives, it is supposed to appear back in your closed section and in all of the post sale areas. The only way to remove an item from the closed section and the post sale tools is to archive it.
