I created a new template.
After that, I changed my Insurance Rates in Vendio MY ACCOUNT.
The old insurance rates are showing up whenever I use the template, but the new insurance rates show up when people go through checkout.
I am going to have some mad customers if they notice I say one price in the listing, but during checkout it is more.
What can I do? Is there a place to change it so the template reads correctly, or do I have to start all over with new templates after a change is made?

Hello,
Are you saying that the items you are creating brand new, since you made this change, are showing up with the old insurance rates? Or that your existing items on eBay show the old insurance rates?
Anything that was already active on eBay would have to be manually edited at eBay to reflect any changes you have made since they launched.

I am saying that "even after" I changed my insurance rates the new listings show the old insurance rates.
I go to inventory and launch an auction off an inventory item, and the old insurance rates show up in the listing.
I am not sure if a FRESH listing (not out of inventory would act the same, but I am thinking the rate in effect at template creation time might be affecting the insurance text, instead of the insurance rates in effect at the time of listing.
For the time being, I have set my global rates back to the old setting until I can get resolution. This way customers going through checkout are not going to be faced with higher charges than shown.
I would like to get this figured out before I start listing Ebay Store items, which will stay out there longer than the auctions I am posting now.
