Hi all, I have been running into a consistent problem (for years)with relisting items that have been revised while on ebay without bids. It seems that once the auction is launched and I realized I made an error or just wanted to add something to an auction, that if the item doesn't sell and I relist it - the original auction without the revisions shows up instead of the revised auction. It is difficult to remember each and every auction that has been revised so sometimes my auctions goes back on ebay with the same mistakes that were there to begin with. It really wasn't a big deal until this week when I relisted about 40 items all at the same time and had no way of remembering which ones had been revised without going into each one and editing which is very time consuming. I'm not sure if this is an AW problem or an ebay problem. Either way it is something that should be looked into and fixed. Auctions that are relisted should go on as the revised auction and not the original! Thanks, Steve

Hello Steve,

Unfortunately, there is no workaround for this issue at this time. We store your auction data here on our end, so any changes you make directly from eBay cannot be picked up by your Vendio account. You will need to revise that listing from here as well before you relist it.

Christopher

Hi Christopher, does this mean that if I go into my active auction section in AW and make the revision there instead of ebay it will relist with the revisions in the event it doesn't sell and I relist from AWs closed auctions? I think that is what you are saying but I'm not 100% sure. Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,

Unfortunately it will relist with what it originally launched with, even if you make changes. The best thing to do is, after you select relist, hit 'edit' and make your changes there. Save the changes, then continue with the relist. I will forward your comments to Product Development.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi Sonya, that is just the way I have been doing it. I really think that including revisions in a relist is an improvement that needs to be made if at all possible. That way I can do all my editing when neccessary and just relist the others without worrying about if they include any revisions I might have made after they launched. Will look forward to hearing more about this in the future. Thanks again, Steve
