Can you send NPB notifications or FVF requests with a fixed priced auction? Why do fixed auctions NOT have the post management step numbers next to the auction? How about dutch auctions? I remember having problems with it before.. As I recall I was able to send NPB and FVF request ONCE per dutch auction even if I have multiple buyers. Am I correct?

Hello,
You cannot send an NPBA or FVF for Fixed Price auctions -- you will need to go directly to eBay in order to do that. If a fixed price auction was listed through Vendio and it closes with a winner, it should have post sale keys next to it. Do you have one where they are not appearing? Are you having trouble sending an NPBA for a dutch listing?

I was wondering if Vendio was going to support FVF and NPB with fixed priced auctions anytime soon... Going to eBay is a hassel.
Also do you guys have something in the works to make the refund process easier? Going from eBay to Vendio to cut and paste is a huge hassel for me every month. Im losing money just because I dont feel like spending hours upon hours requesting refunds for auctions people didnt pay for.

Unfortunately I do not know if we will be supporting FVF and NPB for Fixed Price Auctions in the future. They must also be done for eBay stores as well.
