When I am createing this weeks batch of mailing labels , the customers name is comming on 2 labels per sheet , that is each customer,s name address is being printed on two labels next to each other on the same sheet , please help

Yes , I select all orders in items ready to be shipped , then select shipping label only and it sets up with two of each customer per page so I had to print twice as many pages as instead of 10 unique customers per page it is printing only 5 unique customers
