I have many unsold items from recent auctions which show up in Post Sale Summary: Unsold Items, but not in my inventory. They were started using Sale Manager PC software. Why did they not go to inventory and how can I send them to inventory now? I want to open an EBay store and use your new option to post to an Ebay store.

Hello,

At this time, you can only list to the eBay stores from the online sales manager.
We will however, release support for it to Pro as well, so watch for an announcement once that becomes available. (typically shortly after the online tools are updated)

To move unsold listings into the inventory pages, will require some work. If it is your intention to simply list these same items to the ebay store, you could just choose to relist them and change them to store listings by you click to edit (and use the edit link before resubmitting.)

If however you just needed them in your online inventory, you would need to click to relist them, click to edit them, check the box to save them to inventory, then click the save button at the bottom of the page. At that point you could simply quit out of the relist process and move onto your next item.

To save an auction item to your online inventory from Pro, first create an inventory item in Sales Manager Pro. As you list your auctions from the inventory item, simply create a separate item to send to your Store. It is not necessary to enter a quantity available for Store items - you can upload an item with zero available in the Store and use the resulting inventory item as an auction item when you are ready to list.

Regards,
Christopher

Christopher,
Thanks so much for your quick response. I opened my new Ebay store and now relisted 7 items which did not sell on auction into the store for 30 days. Hopefully when I put up more new auctions Sunday people will look at the store items and buy some from there.
As long as I archive the items I put on the store I can continue to move unsold lots to store and probably even unsold store items relist some other time.
Hopefully eventually everything will sell.
