Hello,
The WBN is not going out automatically at the EOA. I am having to manually send them tonight. Please check the status of this function. Apparently the update in the image hosting is playing havoc on all of VD's functions.

There was a brief system problem last night around the time of your post that most likely caused a delay in your WBNs going out. The problem was resolved relatively quickly, so you should be all set.
