Try clearing your cache and checking your internet connection. Let me know if this continues. Have you tried other browsers to see if the slowness continues?

I have cleared my cache, and I am on cable modem, and I don't have this problem on any other website. Your page will appear to be fully loaded, but that message will appear on certain pages instead of Done.

Hi shibamarie,
I will pass this along to our advertising department, but can you tell us if it is affecting Netscape only, or is it affecting IE as well? Also, is this happening only on post-sale pages, and invoice, or are other pages affected?

It even affects the forums. When I post a reply to the thread, it says the reply is posted but hangs up on the redirect. Yesterday I posted the reply to this thread, and then went away from the computer for about a half hour. The page had still not redirected.
I do not like to use IE but I will, just for you! I'll get back to you with whether it hangs the page or not.
I suspect it hangs every page where there is a google syndication ad.

I'm not sure what the problem could be, we are not hearing from other Netscape users about this, so it doesn't appear to be global. I have tested this on an older version of Netscape and do not get the same effect. I have a note into advertising, but have not heard back. I'll let you know what they recommend as soon as I hear.
