Hello,

Where on your computer are you seeing two sets of images? Are you using the Sales Manager Pro software?

If so, note that the Pro software will synch and download any images you have in your account at this time. That would be in addition to any originals you had stored elsewhere on your machine.

As for the slowness issue, the problem you have described may be related to a full browser cache. In order to clear the cache and free up system resources, please take the following steps:

In Internet Explorer, look under "Tools" in the top menu bar. Open "Internet Options", and the option to clear the cache will appear under "Temporary Internet Files" in the "General" menu. It is always a good idea to clear the History, as well.

In Netscape, look under "Edit" in the top toolbar, and open "Preferences". Click the box next to "Advanced", then "Cache". You will want to clear both the disk and memory cache.

If you are using AOL, first go to the 'Settings' button at the top of your AOL window. Click on it, then select 'Preferences' from the list. On the following window that comes up, click on the 'Internet Properties (WWW)' link. From here, delete your Temporary Internet Files, and click OK when finished.

You can also click the "refresh" or "reload" button on your browser toolbar while pressing the Shift key on your keyboard.

Regards,
Christopher

Hi there,

The images in Sales Manager and under the Image Hosting tab are the same, and are stored in the same database. They are just presented differently for users who want image hosting only, and don't use Sales Manager.

To avoid the blank space at the top of your listing, please go to My Account -> eBay Site Specifics and select one of the other options under the Picture Preview section than 'leave blank'. If you select the 'use first image in my listing', the first image you attach will appear in the now blank space. This is happening because of a change eBay made, which is not yet supported by the interface provided by them which we use to transfer information to them.

Thanks,

Diana
