Have you changed the look when people arrive at checkout?
I had three customers in last two days email me and tell me that they don't want to pay a fee or sign up for anything in order to pay me.
Have you added a big ad for Vendio or something? I haven't had this problem before and now I've had three in a row refusing to use my checkout because they thought they were being asked to sign up for something.
I realize that you have to advertise you service, but couldn't it be at the end of the transaction instead of scaring off buyers by putting it first?
I don't see anything when I use the go to buyer checkout link, so it must be when they link through the auction checkout or winning bidder notice??
How can I see what they see when they first arrive?
