If i have listings in my Store can i change that item to an regualer auction?

Hello,

Yes, you can do that. Take it out of your store first by decreasing the Quantity at Store to zero. Then fill out the site specifics for eBay, and when you go back to the main inventory page you can launch the item as an auction.
