Item 3433786995 is not showing up in post sale. I've already received PayPal payment and need to process this order.

Hello - I apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively working on this problem and hope to have it resolved shortly. The delay you experienced is not normal system behavior.
The problem you are having is being investigated right now. Have you tried tracking in the missing item? If not, please try that, and if the item will not track in you may want to go ahead and manage the post-sale on it manually. We are hoping to have this problem fixed shortly - it is rather deeply embedded and difficult to resolve.

Hi Diana,
I was able to import it with tracking. I was unaware of that feature. I am concerned about missing a sale if it happens again, store and multiple quantity fixed pricec items are difficult to track.
