There is a problem with some eBay store and FP items moving from active to closed. We have forwarded your item number to engineering.

I found another item not in post sale: 3147745415.

Both items were launched from Vendio. I just switched my Post sale processes to Vendio this afternoon--my confidence is shaken.

Hello,

The problem you are having is being investigated right now. Have you tried tracking in the missing item? If not, please try that, and if the item will not track in you may want to go ahead and manage the post-sale on it manually. We are hoping to have this problem fixed shortly - it is rather deeply embedded and difficult to resolve.

Hi Diana,

I was able to import it with tracking. I was unaware of that feature. I am concerned about missing a sale if it happens again, store and multiple quantity fixed pricec items are difficult to track.
