I have a customer who has not paid on a combination of 2 items. In the post sale management section there is no link to file the NPBA. Does that option go away once items have been combined, and WBN sent?

You can click a link to disconnect.
Just open the combined auction up and follow the directions.
It's easy to do!
Then you can file the necessary NPB alert.

I am not sure what you mean by a link to disconnect. Usually under #3 payments received, there is a link to file a NPBA and another for the final value fee request. I have neither in my combined auction.

Probably because the endtimes were different on each auction.
You will have to treat them separately for NPB warning.
That is what I did when I had that problem.
You can recombine them for payment, but separately for warnings, as far as I know!
Unless VENDIO has another option, it works for me!

Winning non paying bidder has already returned combined completed checkout form. I know of no way to "uncombine" the 2 auctions. Guess I will have to do it the long way, by going straight through eBay.
To uncombine an order, click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order". You can then send the NPBA for the items.
