Since yesterday, whenever I click on an open or closed auction in Sales Manager, the new window is opening the Ebay page minimized and I then have to click on the box to open it full screen. They've always opened to a full screen view before. This is only happening in Vendio, no other programs. Anyone have an idea what happened here and how I can get my auctions to open to a full screen again?

Good morning ultimato,
So when you click on a auction from the control panel it opens up a new page but it a reduced size page? I am unable to replicate this, I believe that it could be a setting within Internet Explorer.

Right, except it's not even a reduced page--it's the size of a box on the taskbar at the bottom, maybe a half inch in height and an inch and a half across. I thought it might be an IE setting too, but if so, why is it just affecting this one procedure (opening Ebay links from Control Panel)? It seems that if it was an IE setting then all of my windows would be opening to this size. Weird.

Hello again Ultimato,
What happens if you right click on the link and choose open in a new window? Does it still open in the same manner? I will look into this as well to see if I can figure out why this is occurring.

Yes, if I right click and open unto new window it still does this. If I drag the edges of the small box I can open it full size but everything still opens minimized.

Hello ultimato,
This is a browser problem that you are experiencing.
If you could please try this:
1) Close all windows but Vendio Control Panel Window.
2) Then click on the an eBay item, which will open a new window, then resize that window to the size you would like it to appear.
3) Then close the Control Panel Window
4) Then Close the new window
5) Then try opening up again
This should clear up the problem you are experiencing with your browser.

I figured out the problem after finding some related problems on Google. There are several solutions out there but the only one that worked for me was to right click on a gray space in the taskbar and click Cascade Windows. That brought everything up at full size. Thanks for all your help.
