When we originally signed up for Vendio several years ago our ebay id and Vendio id were the same. Since then we have changed our ebay id. Our emails now are confusing our customers because they are looking for emails that begin with our ebay id. I believe that Vendio does not allow changes in Vendio id's and we do not want to start a new account. My question is can we use the new email domain integration by simply using our new ebay id in customer manager (ie. [email protected])without this acutally being an email domain.

Vendio does now provide the option of changing your username. I have emailed you information on the process to move forward with this if you so choose.
