This is a small but annoying problem (at least to me) in Post Sale. When you click on Print Packaging Slip, the form comes on the screen and presents another little Print Now box. When you click that, you get a box that says basically: This is your Packaging Slip, Print Now? Then you click Okay and that brings up the printer's box that also asks if you want to print this.
That is four clicks, with waits in between, just to print the form. At the very least, can't we do away with that extra step after you click on the Packing Slip "Print Now" button? In other words, when I click Print Now, I ought to go right to the printer's dialogue box.
Just how many fail-safes do we need to protect me from myself? And am I alone in being annoyed by this?
