My sales have started to increase Internationally and my problem is I don't know what the shipping charges will be until the auction is over. Since I can't enter an amount for shipping on international orders on my auctions(Sales Manager Pro), I would like to be able to enter the shipping amount at the close of auction in the edit section. I mention in my auctions to email me for international bidders, but this doesn't work either and I seldom get a response. I currently have to go to PayPal/Ebay to send a corrected invoice. Any suggestions to speed up this process?
I would recommend that you put in bold text in your listings that your international buyers must email you in order for you to invoice them properly. The only other option is if you email them directly after the item ends -- this will cause extra work though so hopefully making your request for an email stand out in your listings will expedite the process. When I am getting ready to print out the sales receipt, is there a way I can manually enter the shipping amount for international orders? Since I am unable to enter an amount prior to launching my auctions, the shipping charges are not automatically calculated. If I try to enter this information on the shipping receipt I end up with a negative balance. I am currently handwriting the correction, but think it looks a little tacky. Any plans in the near future to update this little inconvenience?

You would need to deselect steps 1 and 2 in post sale and then edit step 1 to set the new price, then edit step 2 to accept it. Then when you print the invoice, you will see the new shipping information.
