I am having a problem with photos.
Even after an auction listing has been
going on for a few days, the pictures sudenly change to something else. This has
happend on at least 5 pics. This is bad
for business, and makes a mess of my auctions. I have to relist the auctions.
This is costly; especially when there is
a reserve involed. In some cases pictures
changed within hours. In other cases the
pictures changed after the auction had been
going on for days. There is no one in Vendio
to contact. I need immediate corection.
Are you uploading new images with the same names as your old ones? That would be the only way it could change, the way you have described this problem.
