Good Morning, I discovered this morning, many of my 'closed' auctions are no longer showing up in the "closed" section of Manager. I did NOT archive these, as I don't ..do that until the customer has paid me? Also... I am very HTML literate, and for some reason I cannot change the 'font color' of my "auto-archived" settings.. unless I actually do it from the "settings" ... I use to be able to (at the end of the discription) type in :example <font color=green> .. and my auto setting would be green? What is going on? Please HELP!
You have your auto archive set to archive at 12 weeks so anything older than that has been archived. You can use 'Restore Items' to bring back recently archived items, but you will want to deselect the auto archive before doing this. You can deselect it in My Account > Global Preferences.
Is your HTML inquiry related to a specific item? Please let us know which one, if it is, so we can take a look.

Hi Sonya... check out my "pending auctiom" for "Large CERAMIC Christmas SANTA'S BOOT plus!" .. haven't set a launch time/date on this one ...yet. I have instructed for the auto-default text to be 'black' in the listing.. however it continues to remain "red" ... this is happening alot in my auctions lately. If I am "lucky" sometimes I can get the default text to be the color I wish. Let me know if its something I am doing wrong.. thanks, DEB

Hello debshope,
If you insert the <font color="green"> tag at the beginning of your desription, be sure to put a closing font tag </font> at the end of your description (or in your default text if you want all text in your listing to be green.) If you skip the closing font tag, the HTML will not format correctly. Also, be sure to enclose the word "green" in quotes within the opening tag.
