First I would like to say I have been an AW or Vendio member for a long time. It has not always been a super tool. Today it is closer to great than it ever has been. Thanks Vendio.

Now then, recently with the buyout of PayPal by ebay and the close work being done between ebay and Vendio, there have been a lot of great enhancements around. I am a little concerned with one of them. The automatic update of PayPal user info into a closed auction is great. Having the nubmer 3 key (Payment Received) marked as being paid is causing some trouble. First of all, I have never manually marked an item paid until I had checked to make sure that the total was correct. Sometimes non-USA winners pay using US shipping prices and then have to be refunded until proper payment is received. Second, the closed auction is then posted in the "Need to ship" catagory. IT IS NOT YET PACKAGED!! THEREFORE NOT READY TO SHIP. This causes me to have to look into two (2) places to find the auction for processing. Either in Awaiting payments (for manually transmitted PayPal payments) or in Ready to ship (if the payment was automated through the checkout procedure). Am I the only one have this inconvenience and if so are there other ways to use these tools? By the by....I am not one who is opposed to change. I really like some of the recent changes Vendio has made. Thank you for listening.

Hello,

Thank you for your kind words, they are certainly appreciatted.

As for this setp 3 issue, you can actually disable it if it is causing more harm than good.

From the My Account tab, click on the 'Post-Sale Acceleration' link. From here, under the PayPal heading, uncheck the box labeled 'Automatically apply the payment as a credit to the specified item or order #' - then click the 'save' button at the bottom of the page when finished.

Regards,
Christopher

Thank you for your quick response Christopher. That was an easy fix (I hope) as we will see after tonight. Did I miss something when this change was implemented, or was this adjustment put in and not advertised. Thanks again
