Some sellers have experienced issues with eBay listings not moving from "Active" status to "Closed" status in Sales Manager. In these cases, WBNs are also not being sent. We have identified two underlying causes for these errors. We will be releasing a fix tonight for one the two causes. The other cause, however, we have isolated to bad data coming to us through eBay's API (the structured data method Vendio and eBay use to communication with each other).
NEW INFORMATION as of 10/14:
We have been notified that eBay will also be releasing a fix tonight to resolve their API data issue. We expect tonight's releases will prevent future instances of this error. We will continue to update you after tonight's releases and thank you for your continued patience.

Please let us know, considering the information you have about the error and the fix:
1. If we should expect that the "Lost" orders that we "have" and/or "have not" processed because they did not come through, will now come through to Post Sale and look like an unprocessed order.

Hello gousainc,
That is correct - some items may come in and appear to be unprocessed (those that were "missing" because they were over 30 days old.) Note that if you have auto-WBN enabled, the WBN will go out to the winning bidder as soon as the item reappears in closed.
