I can't upload any auctions or images. I've tried 3 times today to upload but when SMPro shows in the "details" section it is downloading 'Ebay.xml', it freezes at 97%. SMPro then stops responding and I have to shut it down. I've also tried rebooting my system entirely to no avail. Is anyone else experiencing this problem today? (I did send a note to customer service- awaiting response.)
Try uninstalling/reinstalling Sales Manager Pro, then synchronizing again. If you get the same error after doing this, let us know so we can try other workarounds.
