I am wanting to suggest that the process of leaving feedback be changed just a bit... It has happened to me 3 times in last month leaving negative feedback that is well deserved and I change the positive to negative and put a dot in the option to leave suctom feedback I look and check it and when it comes up to confirm leaving negative feedback I confirm it. I suggest it shows what comment it is leaving on this confirm page as this is 3rd time in month I have left negative feedback and it says complaint on ebay but the comment is one of the default good comments. I am most upset as it makes me look like an idiot. Last one I left I checked it it was a complaint stating prompt payment very good to do business with HA! they did not pay or reply to me as I tried to state and I truely believe the feedback process confirm page for NEGATIVE should show what statement it is going to leave so we can correct any thing before clicking the confirm button....
When you leave positive feedback I can understand it not needing a confirm page but negatives we WANT to leave should confirm statement we are about to leave .
I know I put a dot in the custom box while leaving feedback so I don't know what happened. I guess I am going to have to log into ebay to leave negative feedbacks cause this definately makes me look like an idiot leaving positive statements with a complaint negative type feedback.
Vendio at least could change the workings of feedback so that if you pick negative or neutral it will automatically take that dot out of preset feedback, even though I know I put dot in custom field it did not leave my negative comment . PLEASE check into changing this process.
The last 3 negatives I have left have all been positive comments with a complaint and did not leave my negative statement making me look like an idiot. I checked and double checked the process knowing my last 2 experiences and still it goofed.
This is really making me look bad and I am so careful to be honest and I think very hard before I leave negatives then this happens.
Guess there is no way to edit my comments wish ebay let us do that to correct our goofs weather good aor bad. BUT Vendio can do a few minor changes to help stopp fixable goofs by showing feedback statement for negatives on the confirm page, at least that would maybe stop us from confirming a negative with a positive statement and vice versa.

I will forward your comments on to Product Development. I actually have not heard of this happening to other customers. Do you typically leave your feedbacks through Post Sale, or do you go onto the PSM keys for a particular item and do it that way?

Hi, I leave all my feedback at time of shipping usually through post sale when I mark items shipped it leads to feedback. Only the negatives do I use the post sale keys? I go to each post sale item and leave feedback from the individual page so as to leave appropriate feedback. Only the last 3 feedbacks in last month have I ever run into leaving negative feedback as negative with it turns out a positive comment. It is very strange that I double checked to make sure the dot was in custom after putting dot in negative and then it to still give one of the randum positive comments with negative. Very frustrating as I do not leave negatives lightly and now I look the fool. PLUS if that person made an issue of it with ebay and said they paid and never got item it makes me look even worse thought they never paid they would have to prove their payment but could sure lead to worse headache for me. In all my history of ebay I have always left feedback for everyone and have probably left out of 1500 plus feedbacks a total of maybe 10 negatives. It would be nice to be assured that those well deserved negatives didn't look stupid. Which my last 3 certainly looks. OOPS I just looked and one that was supposed to be negative just below one negative on second page was a positive that was supposed to be negative so that one won't affect my stupidity rating. LOL Go look at the comments I have left and see the negatives left you will see what I mean, complaint with a positive statement.
Well off the soap box and I have one person who bid and won 5 of my auctions that needs negatives they got 8 negs in last week and I need to leave mine before they are ousted and I can't leave my 5 negatives. I will go to feedback page at ebay to leave these to make sure they are right. Thanks hope vendio can fix this with a little engineering make it default off the positive comments checkmark when you put mark in negative option.
