I can upload photos and they are viewable on ebay, They are also viewable from my store. But when I get a store purchase, they aren't viewable from the post sale tab. The pahe will come up with white boxes and say image is not viewale at this time, check back later. This has been a problem for the past week. Ever since I started using digital images instead of scanned images. Can you please tell me my next step to take to make the images viewable from the post sale tab!
After your items sell, do you delete the images? They should still appear, provided that you did not already delete the image for that item in image hosting.
Have you refreshed them at least once, during a 90 day period? The only way images can be deleted is if you delete them, or if they have not been viewed in full during a 90 day period. If you still have these images on your computer you can upload them to your account again and they will show up in those closed items.

Thanks for your replies and help. Did you try this number? 624404525. Perhaps you see what I mean. I upload images everyday so my photo archive is refreshed. Like I said, they open it up if I search them in my store, they just don't load when I have a order and use the link for the purchases.
