I can upload photos and they are viewable on ebay, They are also viewable from my store. But when I get a store purchase, they aren't viewable from the post sale tab. The pahe will come up with white boxes and say image is not viewale at this time, check back later. This has been a problem for the past week. Ever since I started using digital images instead of scanned images. Can you please tell me my next step to take to make the images viewable from the post sale tab! Please try this order number and you'll see what I am talking about. 624404525

Hello socalimodels,

The three images which are in order no longer appear to be listed in your account. Can you reupload them with the same name? If so they will then appear in your account once again.

When you notice that you have some images missing in your listings, always make sure that the image exists in your Vendio image hosting account. If you delete an image while the listing is active, it will be removed from your listing. If this is the case, simply re-upload the image using the same exact filename (case-sensitive) and it will reappear in your listing (you may need to refresh the page in order to see it.)

Note that if you are relisting an old listing, there is a chance that the image was deleted by our system for non-activity. Images that have not been used in over 90 days are automatically deleted. Also, make sure to check your image recycle bin which can be located within Manage Images off the Sales Manager page. If you reupload the image (again, using the same exact file name, case-sensitive) it will automatically reattach to the listing.

Best regards,
Tara

Tara,

They are in my account. I just looked. I can see my photos on ebay, so I know they have to be in my account. I can also view them in my store. I just can't view them when a order is completed.

Hello socalimodels,

The item "624404525" which you are referring to does not appear to be in your store. Are you not able to view your images for items other than the one listed here?

Hello,

Do you happen to have any of the images on your computer right now, that are not coming up in your listings? I suspect the problem is with your images since you say you switched from scans to digital. Let me know, as I would like to have you send one to me so I can look at it.

Regards,

Sonya

Hello,

Thank you for sending the image. You have a space in it -- please remove the spaces from the image and then upload it to your account. The format should be nameofimage.jpg rather than name of image.jpg.

The images will take an hour to update so check back in with me and let me know how it goes.

Regards,

Sonya

I'm not understanding what you mean. I checked my uploaded images and they all seem to be compact. I don't see any spaces in them. Please help!

The image I sent you has a space in there. But as you know Vendio pushes the whole file name together when you upload. So now what solution do you have for me?

Hello,

I recommend you eliminate the space and then upload it. The space may get eliminated but it's technically not uploading correctly. Please try that with at least one or two pictures and let me know.

Regards,

Sonya

Sonya,

It didn't work. Here as you see. I posted new photos elimanating the space, I purchased the same set from my store which was viewable. I then went to post sale, clicked on this number "625095362" and the images were not viewable. This is getting very frustrating.

Hello,

Were these images previously in your Image Hosting area, with spaces in them?

Can you tell us what program you use to edit and save your images?

Please save your images from now on with all spaces eliminated, and in jpeg format.

Regards,

Sonya

You made me think about something when you asked me what program I was using for my photos. I recently got photoshop 7.0. It's not only digital photos that don't show up. It's any photo I use that I use through photoshop. So I must be saving it wrong. But I don't know why it's being saved wrong. I am using jpegs. Hmmmm, Do you have any ideas now?

Hello,

When saving images in Photoshop that you would like to use on the internet, make sure you are saving them as web ready images. It should be a selection in the File menu. Try that and then lets see what happens.

Sonya,

I apprciate your continued effort to help me. I tried what you said, I saved them as web ready files and posted them. Unfortuantly, I am still having the same problem. I just don't know what I can do to make this work. I would love to hear anymore ideas you may have. I am going crazy over here.

I just don't understand why you can see the photos in the store, on eBay. But not from the post sale tab? I am lost!

Hello,

I've escalated this to engineering, since everything that we have tried has failed. I'm not sure why this is happening either, but I will keep you up to date on the status of this problem. Again, I apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for working with me on this.
