When I go into Post Sale and select awaiting feedback, shouldn't it show all auctions that I have not received FB for? I get the message the there are no listings for this category????? All I want to do is send a bulk FB reminder to buyers that have not yet left FB. thanks
Items will appear in that section provided you have checked off all steps up to the awaiting feedback step. Your auctions in post sale have random steps checked off, but if you check everything off except the one that pertains to awaiting feedback, they'll appear in that section in Post Sale.
