I have been using Vendio for over a year and have had no problems however recently when I go to the Ebay page to select my category, it says Loading Categories, please wait. What is going on and how can I fix this?

Hi there,
Whenever eBay updates their category tree, the updates need to be populated into your account. Because the eBay category tree is so large (and includes item specific info) it can take some time for the initial download of the categories into your account. After the initial download, you should notice that subsequent downloads are much quicker. Note that the initial download can take several minutes, depending on the speed of your internet connection.
