I have 23 active listings, but can only see 5 of 23 at one time. I so not see an option to see the next 5 listings or any way to scroll through listings. Is there some trick to being able to view all active listing (and closed listings also) at one time?

Go to the "MY ACCOUNT" tab at top of page.

There should be a link at the bottom that says

Sales Manager Display
(Modify display defaults for listings and images.)

This is where you can set how many auctions you see on the SUMMARY or general SALES MANAGER PAGE.

This page shows ACTIVE: PENDING: and CLOSED items. How many you see are chosen in the link above.

If you just want to see ACTIVE listings, there is a link under Post Sale in the left column you can click to just See Active Listings.
