I replied to an e-bay e-mail that "fowarded" to me throught mailstep. Now e-bay has replied that it will not speak with with me as it does not recognize the e-mail that I wrote back from!!!!! Of course they do not recognize it, thet don't have it on file. They only know [email protected] and I'm not answering e-mail from that address!!! What should I do!!
I would really like to give e-bay my old address and be able to use vendio checkout options when the auction closes. Is this posssible? How?
You should be able to change your eBay email address in eBay, in your seller preferences section. In your other post, I told you where you can go to change your updated information in Vendio for your eBay account. This should not affect your Vendio checkout so if you are having any problems with it please let us know.
