As you might have seen from our recent announcement, we changed the default time that inactive images are stored to 45 days after the last use. This was done based on customer feedback to shorten the time before unused images get deleted. For customers with one-time use images, it reduces the clutter in their Image library. Having fewer images makes processing new listings quicker and generally speeds the performance of Sales Manager and Sales Manager Pro.
You can change this default storage period to 30, 60, 75 or 90 days in My Account, Global Preferences.
If you notice you have missing images, check your Recycle Bin as that is where they are likely to be. The Recycle Bin is located in Sales Manager > Manage Images. We recommend you restore only those that you need.

Those images that were deleted are images currently being used on auctions. The images were only four or five day old.

Hello usmarines,
Can you let us know what auctions were affected, so that we can check the images attached to them? Also, did you start using Sales Manager Pro the morning of 10/28 for the first time?
