hi, i've been on the phone with paypal and on live help at ebay most of this afternoon trying to figure out why my customer payments are being sent to my OLD and discontinued email address at paypal. i changed my user id and email account at ebay in mid october and updated all 3 sites but even though i've stored the new email address with vendio, and paypal shows the correct one too, when i follow thru the listing form at ebay, on page 4 where it picks up the stored info for payment, it still shows my old email account. is there anyplace within vendio that i've forgotten to change? is there any possibility of a program conflict that is defaulting back to the old email account for paypal payment when my auctions launch? do you have any suggestions? thanks!

Hello,

The only place to store your PayPal email address is in Global Preferences. It looks like it's stored wrong somewhere in eBay since you said you saw it on the eBay listing form. If that is not correct please let me know, if you can take a screenshot of what you are seeing and send it to us we can take a look.
