You can certainly use your Vendio Store to sell your goods anywhere on the internet, you are not limited to selling to your eBay customers.
You should make use of the keyword field for search engine exposure, as we do submit a daily feed to Froogle. You could also sign up for a service such as Google Ad-Words, which would allow you to gain even more exposure.
