It has been a long time since I have done any auctions and I guess I have forgotten how to do it-
My hubby helped me load some photos into Vendio- they show up in the vendio list of photos-
I am trying to launch auctions using Sales Manager Pro- I have sond the sync thing several times- but my photos won't go from vendio over-
Just now I noticed that the photos I did before are jpg. and the ones we loaded today are gif. They loaded into Vendio but now I can't access them into SM Pro

Hello Terry,
Indeed, SMPro does not support images in the gif format. You cannot add gif's to the SMPro album and, if you have gif's in your online image hosting account, they will not be synchronized into SMPro.
The supported image formats are jpeg (jpg) and png.
