why am I being charged for 1 zoom photo when it says the first one is free?? I was charged 1.00 for each auction I used it on and only put 1 zoom photo in each auction. So how do I get a refund?? Early last month it said "free" and when I tried it it said I would be charged 1.00. I emailed Vendio and was told this was a default message and there would not be a charge, this was sent to my by Chris Vendio Customer Service.
If you check your online statement, note that the first image you attached does in fact list the charge as $0.00. This was for the image named flyamapfront.jpg. It was the additional images that you uploaded that are showing the regular fees beside them.
