Hello,

You should see all of your images in your listings. There was a temporary error, however it was cleared nearly the moment it appeared. If you do not see images now, just refresh the page and they will load again for you.

Our apologies for any confusion this short issue may have caused.

Regards,
Christopher

I don't think your problem with disappearing pics is cleared up, Christopher.
Mine are not all showing up.

It appears that only a few of mine are having problems with pics. Unfortunately it seems to be just the ones that people want to bid on ...... I am getting bombarded with requests for pics to be sent. I am paying to have my pics up.

Hello marehaven,

Can you let us know which listings are affected so we can take a look?

Thanks,

Diana

I run 300 weekly under ebay user name 2grrz so am not going thru each one ...... here are just a few:
3636080218
3636079990
When I started getting email, I went back thru and started revising and adding pics from auctions that were new last night. I had thought it was something I did, but most of mine from last night had pics ..... just not all of them.

Hello,

If you go to your image hosting page, can you see them from there?

I checked all of the item numbers listed, but the images appeared to be loading correctly for all.

Yep .... I can see them from image hosting. When I revised a couple of them this afternoon ..... the pics were coming up on the bottom of the ad.
I just checked #3636081419 and the pic is not showing up on my ebay page.

Hello,

That would be the gallery image. eBay actually makes a copy of the image you submit and hosts it on their server.

I would check for a note from them to see if they had trouble adding this image to their gallery, as you may need to provide them with the URL for the image so they can try adding it to the gallery again.

- the above is the URL for the image on this listing, if you end up revising it for eBay.

Regards,
Christopher

Hi marehaven,

It does not appear that the images were successfully attached to those listings before you launched them. Are you sure the images appeared in them at all? There is no hard-coded reference to any image other than the cowgirl picture in those listings.

If you want, you can attach images to the listings using this method:

1. From our legacy Image Hosting service:

To access, click the Image Hosting tab, and select the image(s) you want to attach to your auction. Click the "Attach Image" button at the bottom of the page. On the next page, select the auction site from the drop-down menu, and click the "Existing Auction" radio button. The next page will require you to enter the user ID, password, auction number.

Keep in mind that your image(s) will appear beneath the ad template on the auction page.

Thanks,

Diana

That is what I have been doing to get my images back.
I just find it hard to believe that after 4 years of ebaying and the quantity of auctions I do weekly, that I suddenly forgot to attach pictures to several auctions.
