I tried to relist an auction and it has errors like payment field and a second one in shipping field. This happened before too and I fanlly gave up and relisted straight thru Ebay and had no problems but you charged me for that too---oh well but I don't want to relist another that way and have to pay more for it please look at mu auction that I am trying to relist.

no response- grrrrrrrrrrrrrreat just like last time. I will just go and relist thru ebay. I will file for those image hosting fees back too.

Hello there,
I checked your account and do not see any errored listings. Can you tell us exactly what the error messages said, and also, if you changed anything when you attempted to relist?
It is always helpful if you leave the errored listings in your account so we can take a look.

Don't feel left out. I have about 10 auctions that errored out.
Had to relist on Ebay.
STILL don't have it resolved, now over 4 weeks!

Just a follow-up comment.
If we leave those pending auctions in the file until you VENDIO people check them, we'd never have relists on these errored listings!
We have to make money and relist right away on Ebay.
I have been informed repeatedly that engineers are checking on it.
I gave you a listing almost a week ago, and NOTHING has been resolved. (not to mention over 4 weeks of this)
Only an email that it was being checked into...the usual response.
I too should be refunded since I could not use VENDIO to relist, hosting or not.

When I tried to relist those auctions I changed.............NOTHING!
Error 440: Failed in shipping and handling.
You must enter a value for U.S. shipping and handling since you have indicated that you are entering shipping costs.
Error 97: Contradictory shipping locations.

I changed nothing and they were fine the first time I launched them.
Like I said I gave up and relisted straight thru Ebay again. I am not going to take the chance of leaving a erorred out lisitng in my pending area because if you go in there and and work your magic and get the auction to launch- I have already put the item on Ebay

I was told repeatedly that I was the ONLY one this happened to.
Glad to know I am not alone!
VERY frustrating!
This just started within the last month for me.
Cannot be something we are doing incorrectly!
It will happen again to you I am afraid.
Keep reporting it over and over!!!

Hello nharmon,
Please let us know if you run into this ever again. Note that while we do need to be able to take a look at them for you, we will not actually be listing them, we don't need to even try to list them to test and see what may be the cause.
liveinjeans - Unless your ongoing relist issue was producing the exact same error message you see nharmon listing above, your issue remains to be isolated, so please continue to keep your issue in a seperate thread so it can be dealt with properly. If however you are receiving the exact same error message you see listed above, please let us know.

I have TRIED to keep it in the same thread.
But, I get the stall tactic over and over.
It is the EXACT same message...shipping error.
How many times must I repeat myself!?
I will reply to other comments regarding this issue.

My apologies then, if you have been getting error 440 and 97 then it looks like we may have finally found another case of this to work with.
Please do continue to add your error items to this thread as if we really have found another user with the same odd relisting errors you had appeared to the only user with, that will certainly help us track the cause.
