Just went in and entered my sales archieves for 10/1/03 to 10/31/03. It says, "NOTING MATCHES CRITERIA". Now I KNOW I sold a bunch of stuff in October. PLEASE do not tell me I need to archieve these items in order for this sales function to work!!! That is a major inconvienence and something should be done about it!
In order to download sales archive, the items do need to be archived first. If they have not been archived yet, there will be nothing to pull for the report.
