Well, can't launch my auctions. Ever since last night, I get the error message:

Error 440: Failed in shipping and handling.
You must enter a value for U.S. shipping and handling since you have indicated that you are entering shipping costs.

My shipping has a value in it.

What now?

I have been waiting for over 4 weeks for an answer.
Thanks for bringing this to the CS's attention. Seems they think it's only me.

I can't wait 4 weeks to be able to list auctions! OHMY!

I listed 3 other auctions last night with no problems. It's only this one that is giving me the problem. It's a relist, I didn't change anything from the previous listing.

I'm perplexed!

I have 9 items that would not load due to shipping error.
Vendio has told me repeatedly they are "looking" into it.
Over 4 weeks, and no news.
I have to relist on Ebay.
I wrote CS about refunding my fees on those items.
Heard nothing back, ignoring me.

Keep posting. Maybe someone will do something.

With no reply yet from Vendio, I had to list directly with eBay. I'm going to try to list other auctions through Vendio tonight. If they don't list, will have to list them without Vendio again

I can't believe we are being left hanging! I have been trying to upload auction photos for 2 days now, with no luck at all. Have not received a reply from support yet either.

Are there still problems this morning with listing for you folks?

I have not listed anything new this week, but I will be back later if I have problems.

Still no answers from Customer Service...????

I just tried to list one auction.
PROBLEMS!!!!
Ok, we will try once again!
I think we should be compensated for this immediately!!!!!

I posted the same problem a few days too. The only luck I have is relisting straight thru Ebay and than going back and filing for my image hosting fees back from Vendio. this is a long drawn out pain in the butt

I apologize for the late response to this thread.

Liveinjeans -- I am sorry I told you that you were the only one, this is the first time we have had other customers comment they were receiving the same errors as you. With more examples we hope to resolve this soon. I deleted your other topic on this issue.

Stevewatr -- your issue is a different one, I responded in the other thread you posted in regarding images.

Nharmon and Mstwostepin -- please resubmit one of your listings and save it with the error in pending if you get it again. We will need these examples to pass on to engineering for more research on this error.

Hello Liveinjeans,

We have checked your 2 listings that failed to relist and are still in Pending. Apparently, the problem is this:

- you have listed these items originally without entering eBay checkout information, such as "Shipping and handling" or "Shipping insurance"

- after launching, you revised them directly on the eBay site, and you have added eBay S&H information

- on relist, eBay expects you now to enter S&H information again, like in the revised item

- as the original listing from Vendio is lacking this information, it will now fail on relist.

Please let us know whether this might also be the reason why your listings failed to relist.

We have to revise them on Ebay due to Vendio not having the BUY IT NOW, PAY IMMEDIATELY option, that HAS to be the reason.

Having said that, PLEASE get this issue resolved!

Hi liveinjeans,

Support for eBay's Immediate Payment feature is on our list. Unfortunately I do not know when it may be available. In the meantime you may want to avoid adding the shipping and handling like that on eBay -- or try adding it during initial listing creation and then edit it (however I'm not positive if this will stop the Error 440 message from appearing).
