I keep getting messages from buyers who are filling out the Vendio Checkout who are claiming that there is no option to allow them to choose PayPal as a payment option. I've had a number of people mention this. However, if I go to the auction and put in their email address, etc. as if I were the buyer, it does show PayPal.
Anyone else having this problem or is it just a bunch of customers who can't see this option for some strange reason? It's starting to get frustrating and I'm having to invoice them directly through PayPal.

Is there a paricular auction this happened on that we could use to test with?
Also, do you know if they are for sure going to the Vendio checkout and not the eBay specific one? While you may be setup to offer PayPal in one of those locations, if you do not use the other, you may need to either enable there as well or disable the other checkout tool.

Yes, the most recent auction that this happened was eBay auction # 2669310445. She actually did go through the Vendio Checkout, but had to check off Money Order, but she actually wanted to use PayPal. She emailed me immediately following her completion of the Checkout Form informing me that she did not have the PayPal option presented to her at the time of checkout. And she did not use eBays checkout, but did use the Vendio Checkout.
Thank you for any information you can provide so this problem will not persist.

Hello Lynne,
We double checked the information presented to the buyer for this item during checkout, and the dropdown menu for the payment options listed (in order):
PayPal
Check
Money Order
They would have had to see all three to be able to select even one. Perhaps they simply missed it. What were some of the others that reported this error?

Hello,
Thanks for following up on the Checkout for me. I wondered if she had just missed it - as well as others who had the same problem.
The others who reported the problem were over 2 weeks ago, so unfortunately I don't remember which auctions they were. I just thought that perhaps this was an off and on problem.
Guess I'll just have to be patient with my buyers. Not everyone is computer savvy I guess.
