Hello, I have not been able to upload my photos for two days now. I wrote to support earlier today, and have not gotten a reply. Anybody know whats up? Am I the only one having trouble? Need to get my auctions listed. Anybody know another auction service that's good? I may have to bail on these guys, shame after all these years.

I click browse to find the photo on my system, select it, then hit upload. At this point the progress indicator ( the blue bar that grows at the bottom of internet explorers window) starts to move, very slowly, it then slows down to a creep, eventually at about the half way mark, it just stops moving. I still get the hour glass cursor to indicate somthing is in progress, if I leave the computer, after about 10 minutes an error message appears, says somthing about an internal server error, and to please try again later. Once in a while, after several tries, I might squeak one or two images through. I've tried differant times of day, and nothing seems to help. It is clearly a problem on YOUR server, as the error message clearly indicates.

Hello,
Please try the following:
1. If you have more than 9 upload fields showing on your image hosting page, please reduce the number of upload fields to 9 or less.
2. If you are uploading from the Image Hosting tab, please try uploading from Sales Manager -> Manage Images instead. Make sure that there are 9 or less upload fields showing on this page as well.
3. Please try clearing your browser cache, and if this does not help (after trying the above solutions) you might want to try using an alternate ISP access number if there is one available in your region.
4. Try uploading using an alternate browser, such as Netscape if you are using Internet Explorer, and vice-versa.
5. Try uploading using our offline listing tool Auction Manager Pro, which is available for free download at this URL:
If none of these solutions helps, please let us know which specific browser/version you are using, as this will help us identify the cause of the problem.

Hello,
Have you all tried the suggestions posted by Christopher? Please let me know. I may need to obtain an image from you so that I can see if I am able to replicate the problem.

You may want to try this...
I shut down my computer... off. then restarted it.
Came back to Vendio, Image hosting, Did fewer uploads. Put in 3 pictures to upload,.... was moving very slow again.... hit the fewer upload button while running... My 3 pictures were in my image list....
It worked for me. You may want to check your image list to see if the picture is there or if not there. ????

I've tried a lot of suggestions. Here is what I found. There is no clear reason why it will not work, and nobody seems to be able to really help. I tried reducing the number of fields to 5 photos, that did not do it, then I tried just doing one photo at a time (39K file size), no good, then I tried doing all the above through the sales manager/manage images tab as bsuggested, nope, still no good, I can't change my ISP access number because I have DSL, you know, the fast internet connection. I have not tried "another browser" because I do not have Netscape, nor do I want it, and why did IE explorer always work before......with multiple photos....with no problems. Why is this my problem not Vendios? I do not even know why I typed this, it will be removed from the boards as soon as support reads it. They are on top of censorship, just not on top of the problem at hand. Lastly, I was able to upload a photo, here and there, took a lot of failed attempts, but I posted one of my auctions.

Hello,
I received your image and was able to upload it. I do have some questions for you. What do you use as your image editor? If it is Photoshop, are you saving it as 'web ready'?

I just tried uploading two photos, and it worked, I then tried three more, and that worked too. I'll keep my fingers crossed, and assume the problem is solved.

Hello Al,
We were able to locate an error in your account with showing your active images as hidden with the mentioned messaging. This has since been cleared, so your images do appear within this listing.
